Nasi Bogana or Nasi Begana, pronounced as Nah-see Boh-gâna, is an Indonesian style rice dish, originally from Tegal, Central Java. It is usually wrapped in Banana leaves and served with a variety of side dishes.
Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
Add chicken, give diluted milk, bay, lemongrass, galangal, salt, and sugar
Cook the chicken until cooked.
Enter the thick coconut milk. Continue to cook until the water thickens
Raise chickens and shredded, use the broth to make rice
Cook the rice with 750 ml chicken broth until absorbed.
Steam until cooked
Serve with shredded chicken and complementary.
